IQ is always prompt, complete, and professional. A small crew, they work well together, are affordable and will solve your issues. Support locally owned businesses.

Managing a small apartment complex means watching every dollar, so getting price-gouged by contractors is a constant threat.

IQ Plumbing has handled our property for over five years, and they are easily the best plumbing team we have ever used.

They sit right in the sweet spot on pricing, not suspiciously cheap, not overpriced, just completely fair for solid, professional work.

What makes them stand out is how proactive they are

When a specific toilet model we needed was completely out of stock at Home Depot, they did not just shrug or try to upsell us on a cheap substitute.

They actively called around to local supply houses, and ended up finding something that was comparable at a big box store.

They answer texts immediately, give straight answers before turning a wrench, and leave every unit spotless.

Finding a contractor with this level of honesty, speed, and real pride in their work is rare.

We love doing business with them because they care about their customers, take photos of everything, document the details, and upgrade our property, one repair at a time.

Thanks for everything you all do!!! 🙌

I highly recommend IQ Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. I recently called for some issues with our master shower. They send Dion over who quickly figured out the issue, explained what needed to be done with the cost, and got everything taken care of. The prices were fair, the work was complete and the people are professionals. Everything you want from a plumbing company!!!!

IQ Plumbing has provided work on multiple jobs now for me. Every time I request a quote and service, they are prompt with a call back and are able to get to my house in a timely time frame. Scheduling was easy. Employees are friendly, helpful, and willing to take the time to explain the issues and how they are going to fix it. Prices are fair. Great prices for great work. Thank you IQ Plumbing! They are my go to plumbing service. I highly recommend them.
